Shipping
We ship orders within the US via USPS or UPS. Depending on product availability, orders shipped usually arrive within 4 to 6 business days. Accurate shipping address and phone number are required.
We are not responsible for late shipments or missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72hrs after placing your order.

How do I track my parcel?
As soon as your purchase is shipped, we will send you an email confirmation containing a tracking number. Please note, it will take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to contain information.
When will my package be delivered?
Processing time for orders is 4-6 business days (Not including weekends or holidays). Once shipped, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days. All orders are shipped via USPS.
Please note, we are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays or transfers to USPS mail carriers.
What do I do if I made an error in my information at checkout?
The best thing to do is to email us ASAP at hello@teaandi.com before your order has been shipped, and we will do what we can to update any errors or changes to your order. Please review the confirmation email carefully to ensure your details are correct.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes to the order, resend an additional order, or process a refund.
What if something is wrong with my order or I haven’t received my order?
Please contact us by email at hello@teaandi.com to figure out what went wrong and fix it. If you haven’t received your order, it may still be in process.
Please check the clickable tracking number link you received after your initial order to check the status of your delivery. If you haven’t received it within a week, send an email to customer service.
When do you plan on adding more teas and products?
We plan on launching new tea blends and products a few times per year based on season and customer demand.
