For the best cup:
1 | Boil water to 210-212°F.
2 | Add a scoop of the tea blend to your cup and cover it with boiling water.
3 | Gently stir and let it steep for 3-4 minutes minimum, or more if you like your tea stronger. For a medicinal brew, steep for 15 minutes minimum. Remember, the longer the steep time, the stronger the brew.
